Aaron B. Booth, Esq.

AARON B. BOOTH is a graduate of UCLA (B.A., 1976) and obtained his law degree from Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 1982). Following his admission to the bar in 1982 he has specialized in litigation. Mr. Booth has also spent a portion of his career in the representation of professional athletes.
Mr. Booth’s professional highlights include a defense verdict in a construction defect claim brought by a Homeowner Association involving 268 units. That case also resulted in a 7.1 million dollar award to his general contractor client, including an award of punitive damages against that association.
Mr. Booth’s practice has spanned a wide cross-section of builder’s interests including national retail developers, residential developers, residential subcontractors and other building professionals. Mr. Booth was previously a member of the law firms of Bonelli, Heib, Bonelli and Booth and Brady, Riggs, Ford and Booth. Mr. Booth’s civil litigation practice focuses on the defense of construction defect and commercial litigation cases.
Mr. Booth is active in construction industry matters and previously served on the legal committee of the California Builders Industry Association. He is sought after as a speaker at professional events and is well known in the industry for his committed advocacy for his clients.

MEGUMI HORIUCHI is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A., 2000) and obtained her law degree from Loyola Law School (J.D., 2004), where she served as Senior Note & Comment Editor for the Loyola International & Comparative Law Review and Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Ms. Horiuchi’s practice focuses on general liability and construction defect litigation.
Angela R. Fidger, Esq.
ANGELA R. FIDGER is a graduate of Virginia Tech (B.A. 1994) with a degree in History, and obtained her law degree from Whittier College, School of Law (J.D. , 2000), where she graduated cum laude. She is admitted to practice in California and Arizona. Ms. Fidger’s practice focuses on insurance defense, construction defect and general civil litigation.
