• CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION

  Through our representation of subcontractors, suppliers, developers, general contractors, and owners of commercial and residential properties over the last 24 years, we are at the forefront of construction defect litigation.  We have been retained as panel counsel and Cumis counsel by a number of insurance companies and as personal counsel for subcontractors.  We are cognizant of insurance company requirements, reporting requirements, and working within our budgets to obtain the best possible results for our clients.

  We look at each case with an eye towards an early and cost effective resolution.  At the same time, we investigate each case and conduct discovery in order to develop our case and establish our litigation strategies.   Unlike most construction defect firms, we try cases to verdict and we get results for our clients.

• PRODUCT LIABILITY

  From gasoline dispenser nozzles, toilets, steel potable water systems, plumbing components including yellow brass fittings and PEX systems to other construction components, we have defended numerous product manufacturers and suppliers in actions concerning defective product design, defective product construction, and improper application of products.

• PERSONAL INJURY

  Our representation of both injured parties and those alleged to have contributed to another’s injuries consists of the same zealous desire to obtain the necessary facts to establish our client’s case and obtain a satisfactory result.

• PREMISES LIABILITY

  We represent owners of retail shopping centers, mixed use, commercial properties, and residential properties in matters concerning personal injuries, dangerous conditions of property, and other claims.

• AUTOMOTIVE

  We served as retained counsel for the Special Investigations Unit for a major rental car company, we investigate and litigate claims that concern questionable causation and fraud.

• WRONGFUL DEATH

  For matters concerning wrongful death, we have represented plaintiffs and defendants.

  Our wrongful death case concern accidents on construction sites as well as in other tragic situations.
